To cancel a month-to-month subscription, open the Fi app and go to your collar’s details page as explained previously, then tap on “Manage Membership”, followed by tapping “Request to Cancel Membership”, selecting a reason for cancellation or tapping “Other Issue” to leave a custom reason, and finally tapping “Continue” to submit the cancellation request.

Note: For example, if you request to cancel on the 15th of the month but your next billing date is the 20th, your subscription will remain active until the 20th. You will have access to services until the final day of that billing period.

How To View Your Current Fi Subscription

Before requesting to cancel your subscription, you’ll want to check what plan you currently have and when it is up for renewal. Here’s how to find your subscription details:

  1. Open the Fi app on your phone.
  2. Tap the profile icon in the bottom right (looks like a dog profile).
  3. Tap on “Collars” at the top of the profile screen.
  4. Tap on the collar with the subscription you want to manage.
  5. Tap on “View Details”.
  6. Here you will see your subscription plan, billing date, and next billing amount. Take note of when your next billing date is.

How To Cancel Fi Subscription on Android Device

If you have a month-to-month subscription, you can request to cancel at any time:

  1. Open the Fi app and go to your collar current subscription details as explained above.
  2. Tap on “Manage Membership”.
  3. Tap on “Request to Cancel Membership”.
  4. Select a reason for canceling or tap “Other Issue” to leave a custom reason.
  5. Tap “Continue” to submit cancellation request.

After submitting a cancellation request, an email support ticket will automatically be created and sent to the Fi Customer Success team. The team will then follow up with you directly via email to provide any additional assistance needed with finalizing the cancellation or answering any other questions you may have.

How to Cancel Fi Subscription on iOS Devices

You can cancel your Fi collar subscription directly through the Settings app on iOS devices like iPhones and iPads:

  1. Open the Settings app and tap on “Subscriptions”.
  2. Navigate to your Apple ID and sign in.
  3. Under “Subscriptions”, locate and select your Fi subscription.
  4. Tap on “Cancel” to cancel and deactivate the subscription.

This will cancel your Fi subscription and stop any future billing through your Apple ID. The cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Reactivating a Canceled Subscription

If you cancel your Fi subscription but later want to reactivate, you can do so in the app:

  1. Go to your collar details and tap “Manage Membership”.
  2. Tap “Add Membership” and select a new plan.
  3. A $20 reactivation fee will be charged before starting the new subscription.

You’ll then have full access to services after the reactivation fee has been paid.
