All cancellation requests are processed immediately. There are no cancellation or account closing fees. Members will not receive any future shipments after a cancellation request is processed.

Satisfaction Guarantee

  • If you are not satisfied with a wine, contact Firstleaf within 30 days of delivery to receive a store credit for the price of that bottle.

Damaged Bottles

  • Provide photos of damaged bottles and the label on the shipping box to receive credit.
  • For shipments damaged in transit, Firstleaf will reship or issue an account credit.

Returned Shipments

  • If an entire shipment is refused or unable to be delivered after 3 attempts, Firstleaf will reship or issue a credit.
  • A $25 restocking fee applies for returned shipments if a refund is preferred over reshipment.
