How to Cancel Firstleaf Wine Subscription in 3 Methods
Firstleaf was founded in 2015 by Philip James. This article outlines the process to cancel a Firstleaf wine subscription in 3 methods.
Before outlining the cancellation methods, we’ll learn few things about Firstleaf and it’s plan.
What is Firstleaf?
Firstleaf is a wine club that sends you bottles of wine each month that match your taste. When you sign up, you take a quiz about what kinds of wines you like. Firstleaf uses a special system to pick wines for you based on your quiz answers. The wines they pick are personalized to your preferences.

Refund Policy
Firstleaf offers satisfaction guaranteed on all wine shipments. If a member is not satisfied with a wine they receive refund as follows:
Satisfaction Guarantee
- If you are not satisfied with a wine, contact Firstleaf within 30 days of delivery to receive a store credit for the price of that bottle.
- This guarantee excludes shipping charges.
Damaged Bottles
- Provide photos of damaged bottles and the label on the shipping box to receive credit.
- For shipments damaged in transit, Firstleaf will reship or issue an account credit.
Returned Shipments
- If an entire shipment is refused or unable to be delivered after 3 attempts, Firstleaf will reship or issue a credit.
- A $25 restocking fee applies for returned shipments if a refund is preferred over reshipment.
Unable to Accept Delivery
- To update your shipping address, use the FedEx Delivery Manager, UPS My Choice, or hold your package at a nearby location.
Key takeaways: Firstleaf offers satisfaction guaranteed store credits for disliked wines, will replace/credit damaged bottles, charges $25 restocking fees for refused/undelivered orders if a refund is preferred, and provides address update options to facilitate successful deliveries.
