How to Cancel Sage Subscription?

How to Cancel a Sage Business Cloud Subscription

If the decision is made to no longer use the Sage service, the subscription can be cancelled or the account can be deleted. If the choice is to cancel the subscription, access to data will continue through the end of the subscription. After that date, the account will be locked and data will not be accessible until a new subscription is purchased. 90 days after the end date, Sage may permanently delete the account.

Before the account is cancelled, any required information should be printed, such as balance sheets, profit and loss statements and trial balances. This information cannot be accessed once the account has been cancelled.

To cancel the account:

  1. Hover over the business name in the main toolbar and click Manage Business.
  2. Click Subscriptions & Invoices, followed by Manage My Subscription.
  3. Click Manage Subscription, followed by Cancel Subscription.
  4. Click Other Cancellation Options, then Cancel Subscription.

Refund Policy

If the subscription is cancelled within 30 days of purchase or renewal, a full refund will be provided. Find out different product refund policies from sage.

Software Returns & License Upgrades

Software can be returned within 30 days of purchase if unopened and uninstalled. We may ask for proof of uninstallation. Refunds are only given if activation key hasn’t been obtained.

Sage Training Workbooks

Unopened workbooks can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Sage Cover & Support Cancellations

Sage Cover contacts are 12 months. First-year cancellations are accepted within 30 days if no services used, no upgrades provided, no discounts applied.

Sage Training Services

Training services can be cancelled if done 14 days after invoice and training not yet attended. Check your invoice for more details. Training Passports can be cancelled within 30 days of invoice if training is not attended.
